Welcome back, Monday. Thank you so much for your emails regarding the AVATAR dream palette featured last week. This week we continue our search for fab finds and multi-ethnic wedding inspirations. I truly hope that you’re taking the advice from each of the featured brides to heart. The big picture can often times get muddled by smaller parts. Speaking of parts, let’s talk details:
As if cake tasting isn’t overwhelming enough, you have to do what? Pick invitations? Letterpress or hard bound? Organic or recycled? Vellum or velvet? Wedding stationery sets the tone of your wedding for your guests. It’s been a while since I talked solely on invitations since I often include them in dream palettes, but today’s feature requires a special salute:
Introducing 3 Bees Paperie.
3 Bees Paperie is a national stationery company focused on providing “unique inspirations for life’s celebrations”, through South-Asian inspired designs. This online based company caters to style savvy brides in the U.S and around the globe with an exciting assortment of unique contemporary designs in three distinct categories: Wedding Couture, Baby bees, and my personal favorite – Made For You, in which you can use any facet of your wedding for inspiration.
From intricate design patterns to colors, textures and fabrics, you can create your very own customized invitations for an affordable price. In browsing their site, my eye kept flirting with these gorgeous sets.
Bold and Robust
Warm and Subtle
Classic and Fresh

I think it’s totally serendipitous that a few days after our sizzling spread on peacocks, I stumble onto this site. I bring you Creative Director: Ola-Tokunbo of Ijorere The Invitation. (Pronounced “E-Jaw-Ray-Ray,” a Nigerian/Yoruba term that translates to “a Day that is Grand.” “Ijo” means “day” and “Rere” means “grand.”)
Why Serendipity, you may ask? It’s simple! Ola-Tokunbo’s mission statement says it all: “As the peacock proudly spreads its beautiful feathers, Ijorere The Invitation, also celebrates the vibrant exotic colors and beauty of multi-cultural weddings around the world.”…Need I say more?
