Okay Ladies, it’s that time of the month again. No, I’m not talking about cramps and mood swings. Fortunately, it’s quite the opposite. I’m talking about Mood Boosters. Grab a seat:-)
With summer peaking through the seasonal curtains, the pressure to put on that bikini and strut in those pair of shorts is inevitable. Or maybe you’ve been wanting clearer skin for your wedding day and you’re on your fourth or fifth case of purified bottled water. Who’s counting?
From counted calories, to counted crunches….you’re almost at your target goal. Well today, I’ve got the ultimate pick me up to help you cross the finish line. It’s time to reward yourself for all your physical and mental transformation.
Introducing Count Me Healthy Jewelry, a stunning collection of hand crafted sterling silver bracelets that will support you every step of your way. I love their slogan: “The Beautiful health Journal for your Wrist” – sterling beads that hold the secrets to your goals. It’s quite simple really. Set a goal, and let the bracelet do the tracking. Wait, there’s more…
Count Me Healthy Jewelry is the premier jewelry line for health-conscious & style savvy women who love to add a little “pretty” to their driven life style. Wellness and beauty combine with Count Me Healthy – the elegant jewelry that tracks your goals using a simple counting system.
Here’s How it Works:
- Choose a health goal you would like to track.
- Once chosen, decide the daily target number for your healthy goal (For example, if you are tracking glasses of water, you would aim for eight glasses of water a day. Your target number would be eight).
- Next, turn this daily target number into a bead count. You do this by dividing your daily target number by the number of beads (12) on the bracelet. Water is easy, because each bead would count for one glass of water.
- Throughout the day, just slide the beautiful beads (one at-a-time) toward you from one side to the other. The patented jump-ring at the top of the bracelet acts as a marker for your progress. Once that bead is pulled or pushed over the jump-ring, your goal is counted for the day. The beads have been specially designed to move easily along the cuff, and won’t fall back-and-forth unless purposely moved by you.
- At the end of the day, remove your bracelet and write down your progress. You can also track your progress using their Health Counts Cards. Then slide all beads back to the starting position for the next day. Easy right?

Since March 2010 I have been aspiring to reach my goal and that is to combine and fuse both of our lovely cultures on our big day! I am both excited and hopeful and really cant wait! I am a lucky gal to have my man :)
D
I am currently using hundredpushups.com to help get me toned for the big day! it is a 6 week program to get you to doing 100 consecutive pushups! I could use the bracelet to track each set of pushups I do!
My fiance and I are trying to incorporate more of a raw, vegan diet into our lives. The goal is not to lose weight but rather to cleanse the body which promotes more energy, better skin, and subsequently weight loss. Giving up dairy is tricky but hopefully worth it when we are feeling revitalized! We hope to continue this lifestyle beyond our wedding and into our new lives together!

Instead of perpetuation negative thoughts or actions I try to stop the cycle by thoughtful breathing. This too will work as a way to help my mind focus on something other than the negative. I will now also have something fun to do – I get to move one of the beads on my bracelet. As each one moves I can be more confident that I have stopped a lot of negative feelings from entering my life and affecting others. Will post on Facebook!
Since I got engaged in January, I’ve gotten quite a bit done with wedding planning, so my goal is now to try and not let it overtake my free time! I’d love to use this bracelet to keep track of non-wedding stuff I need to accomplish, and if I don’t have enough tasks to move all the beads, it just means I have to think of more fun things to do! :)
I’d luv this bracelet to help me keep track of moments I take out of the day just for reflection
I posted your contest and some others on my blog. Enjoy brides!
