Part two of Brittany and Comone’s wedding picks up at the beginning of their ceremony. Again, thank you to Morgan Lynn for these beautiful photos.
Scene #3: CANDLE LIT ROMANCE.
In order to achieve their desire for a candle lit wedding, the ceremony wasn’t schedule to start until 9 pm.

“We choose to have prayer candles placed upon each of our guests chairs before they arrived.” Said Brittany, “When it was time for us to say our handwritten vows the ushers lit each guests candle and we pronounced our love, commitment and vows to one other while all of the guests candles flickered. The outcome was just as we wanted: a very romantic, powerful and emotion filled Ceremony.”

Low hanging crystals, ottaman accents, sweet cocktails, popcorn machines, cuban cigars and deep fried appetizers? Sign me up immediately!
An authentic cigar roller not only provides entertainment for your guests, but offers alternative wedding favors to take home. Samantha Darr clearly exceeds expectations when it comes to bringing your wedding dream to life. She worked with the needs of the couple, and executed it perfectly. I’ll let Brittany explain in her own words:
“We did not want a traditional wedding-esque table scape. Instead we choose entirely hand passed hors d’oeuvres, to focus on the mingling, dancing and cocktails and of course keep the party rolling! In lieu of assigned seats we only offered seating for 80% of our guests and placed high tops and low tops throughout the space. As an alternative for full place setting we laid hand-made ceramic tile coasters on the tables for our guests cocktails. For our centerpieces we did not want flowers so we choose tall crystal tree’s for our low tops and a horizontal version of the crystal trees for our low tops.”
The couple decided to rent a cake for the reception. Why not? If deserts aren’t your thing, why not spend the money on what you’ll really enjoy? In this case: Vanilla-Pineapple Martinis.

DIY Idea: Get this? Each and every one of those sultry Mediterranean masks were hand made by the bride, her sister and her mother. Adorned with pearls, lace, and feather accents, no two masks were alike. So whether it was hand rolled Cuban cigars, custom made venetian masks or one too many vanilla-pineapple martinis, everyone went home happy.
“Be true to yourself and your Groom and what the two of you envision for the day. Then savor each and every moment and share the entire experience with the people you love most…from the planning…to the days leading up to the big day…to the day itself, as when it comes from your hearts and it is shared with the people you love the most you will create memories that are irreplaceable!”
-Brittany, the Bride-

Have a fantastic weekend.
